Coaching Sessions

Your time—and mine—is valuable. To keep things fair and respectful for all clients:

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made at least 24 hours before your session will be honored without penalty.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are typically non-refundable.
• If an emergency arises, please reach out—my goal is always to handle situations with grace and common sense.

Digital Products (Templates, Workbooks, Toolkits)

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales for downloads are generally final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, or feel something isn’t working as described, please contact me at FinancialCoaching@Sturbee.com and I’ll do my best to make it right.
